Little ones @work preparing a special gift for their loveliest parents - Chocolate Heart Cookie!

After teacher has demostrated the steps, it's their turn to scoop the ingredients and mixed it well. Every child is putting what they have learnt or reinforcing their practical life skill. 

Is it 3spoons of flour, 2spoons of butter and 1spoon of sugar?! The children have to count as they scoop the ingredients to ensure their cookies turns out yummy! 

After mixing the ingredients, they explored the dough by kneading, rolling and flattening it. At the same time, they learnt that dough is soft and oily. This exercise definitely helps in strengthening their fingers muscles. 

Let's cut the dough with the heart shape cutter to provide the shape that we want! Press, press it hard!

Hooray! Finally we may add our favorite toppings - M&M!! 

Last but not least, we are left with placing the dough into the oven. Then we may bring our Chocolate Heart cookie back as a surprise for our parents!
