Mashi-e-sseo-yo Kimbap

Annyong-haseyo! In the month of May, we took off to Korea and be immersed in their traditional fan dance, popular "three bears" children song and made delicious kimbap (Kim=seaweed, bap=rice).

Here are some simple steps that Daddy and Mummy can do at home with your kiddies:

1. Lay the seaweed sheet on the wooden mat.

2. Spread rice (premixed with sesame oil and pinch of salt) on the seaweed, leaving an inch space.

3. Add ingredients of your choice on the rice such as cucumber, spinach, eggs, and shredded chicken.

4. Roll the wooden mat and your kimbap. It takes a bit of practice!

5. Now, you can cut them up!

Lastly, let's eat it! Mashi-e-sseo-yo!
