Green Garden Salad

Keeping fit and healthy by inculcating good eating habit starts from young! Children were engaged in salad making activity.

They had the opportunity to practice using knives to cut the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. After cutting up all the ingredients, children tossed them with sunflower seeds and enjoy eating their greens!

Good job, children!
Continue to include fresh and green vegetables in your diet! A healthy body is a happy child! :)

Do reinforce good eating habits at home too parents! Continue to give different forms of green vegetables if your child needs encouragement to like eating them. Importantly, do not give up and eventually they will love vegetables!

Water Play!

It's Water Play time!! Almost a month since the official school begins, children finally had a chance to go for their water play on Friday!

As none of the children came prepared, they played from outside the pool. They were seen fishing and scooping up water from the pool.

Water play allows children to interact, and socialize with their peers. They can also practice their practical life skills of scooping and pouring!

Stay healthy so that we can go for regular water play session every Friday children! :)

Delicious as it looks! Our very own homemade self-portrait ham and cheese pizza!

Delicious as it looks! Our very own homemade self-portrait ham and cheese pizza!

Let us show you step by step on how to make this scrumptious pizza...
Mummy and Daddy! we used these ingredients to bake our pizza:
1.     Prego tomato sauce
2.    Ham
3.     Grated cheese
4.   Mushroom
5.    1 loaf of bread

Firstly. We wash and sanitize our as to keep the germs away!

We were also given our own set of plate and plastic knife. Then, we used our magical hands to hold the knife and spread the tomato sauce on our bread.

Then, we sprinkle grated cheese on top of our tomato sauce before our mixed vegetables. A few of us, used it to represent our rosy cheeks, others used it to represent other facial features. To make our pizza tastier, again with our magical hands we tore it into strips of ham to represent either represent our eyes, mouth or even our hair!

Once, we're done, we let our teachers arrange it on the baking tray.

Then we bake it in the oven!

Dear Mummy and Daddy! That's how we bake our pizza :)
